opening the door
As I was praying, it looked like a pair of white gloves was being slipped onto my hands. In my spirit I knew it was an anointed pair of gloves. For a while after prayer my hands had a warm tingling sensation to them.
Since that night, people have been making comments to me about the massages that I am giving them. I usually do get a “that was wonderful thank you” or something like that, but these are different. I’ve had where people have said “that was the best massage, I don’t know what you’ve done differently but that was awesome”. I see and feel the muscles responding in my client’s body in ways I haven’t seen before; they are now quickly responding and relaxing. I have been praying before my massages for a while now but I stepped it up after that night and declared “I shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover”.
I can sense the anointing that God put on my hands when I massage, not only flowing thru me but on my hands. It has been amazing for me to experience, but my clients are noticing something different as well. God is definitely doing something: He is reaching thru my work to touch others and thru that, God can use me to minister to my clients in a way where I haven’t been able to go yet. I have talked to my clients about God, about Jesus, but sometimes they are not receptive. But when they start to feel a difference in my massages in a way they haven’t experienced before, it’s OPEN DOOR TIME!
shoulder work
One of our members was injured at work and when the doctors examined her, they said that there was some extensive damage done to her shoulder.
She came to Pastor Marie for prayer and when she laid hands on her she knew that there would be nothing wrong.
from Florida to Texas and back
My job as an Insurance Adjuster requires being licensed in several states. I received a final notice of non-compliance from the state of Florida. I never received the first letter and had no idea that I wasn’t in compliance. I called the Department of Insurance and I was informed that I needed 24 credit hours and my employer would have to pay $250 fine. The original letter was mailed and went to an old P.O. Box no longer used by my employer. After praying over this situation, the Lord reminded me that I completed continuing education classes for the state of Texas, and Florida will accept these credits. I called Florida again and a gentleman told me to fax my Texas License Certification and the state will update their records. According to the Word, God will perfect those things that concern us and this was a definite concern…and God did what He said!
Jesus’ hands on the wheel
On Saturday, as I was getting ready to leave, I started having a lot of thoughts of getting into a serious car accident. I didn’t speak the fear, I spoke faith.
Later that day, my husband drove the van to check it out, and he said the front end needed fixing and that we needed to plan to purchase another car instead of putting more money into this one.
The next day, on my way back home from the store, my van made a noise and then it really started to wobble. I called on Jesus, applied my breaks and the van started to veer off to the right. That’s when my entire wheel came off and my van and rolled onto the curb. I slid about 10 feet before I came to a stop.
This happened in front of an auto repair shop! The auto shop purchased our un-drivable van, for the price of a drivable van. Isn’t God Good?
As I was sharing this with my son, Wednesday night, and he told me that on Tuesday morning, he was talking on the phone and had a thought of me in a car accident. He stopped talking and prayed, “Father protect my mom from harm, I cast that down in Jesus name. He said, “Mom, I know God had His hand on that wheel until you were in a safe place, He protected you.” My God is great and greatly to be praised!!!
